About Me
Dr. Jasmine Blocker, PT, DPT
I graduated from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2021, while simultaneously obtaining a certificate in Early Intervention. I have experience in pediatrics, primarily serving the birth-3 years of age population and worked for an in-patient rehabilitation hospital with the adult and geriatric population. In 2023, I embarked on a new journey of travel pediatric PT. I've completed a school-based physical therapy contract on the Navajo Native American Reservation and a travel contract on Maui working full time at an outpatient pediatric clinic. I currently live on the beautiful island of Oahu and work part time in Home Health with the geriatric population and remotely with the pediatric population. I am a dedicated eternal learner and completed the Medical University of South Carolina's "Lend Program", which aims to improve access to healthcare and services for children and families with disabilities. I love physical therapy and educating people about this diverse field with my instabog titled "DPTANDME". In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, traveling, and participating in karaoke!
